The Pulse Health & Leisure Club includes an indoor swimming pool, a modern fully-equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam room and spa, all of which is free to hotel residents.  Annual memberships are available to non-residents.

Massage and beauty treatments are available by appointment only in the complex.

The Gymnasium features up to date Cross Trainers, Treadmills and other Cardio Vascular equipment.

Our Pulse Club staff are always on hand to offer advice and help with fitness programmes.
